To ensure that our services remain at a high and improving level, we have a procedure in which you can let us know for any reason that you are not satisfied with your dealings with us.
If you are not satisfied with the services provided through Remco Tensen, please let us know. You can reach Remco Tensen via one of the options on this website (WhatsApp, Twitter, telephone or email).
We can often respond immediately. If the matter is more complicated, we will in any case give you an initial response within five working days.
If you are not satisfied with our answer or would like to raise the matter more formally, you can write to the website owner, Remco Tensen, via firstname.lastname@example.org. All written complaints are registered. You will receive a written confirmation within three working days.
The aim is to thoroughly investigate the complaint and to provide you with a response within ten working days, stating how the problem will be resolved. If this is not possible, you will be informed in the interim about the measures taken or considered so far.
